The Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta (ACMA) is enhancing its Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) education program to better prepare condominium managers for the increasing complexity of the profession. The project will modernize course content, incorporate expertise from professionals including engineers, lawyers, accountants, insurance specialists, and licensed trades, and expand online learning opportunities to improve access across Alberta. By aligning training with current legislation, industry standards, and best practices, the program will help strengthen condominium governance, reduce operational and legal risk, and support better outcomes for condominium owners, boards, and communities across the province.
