Stewardship Supports: A Toolkit for Rural Landowners

Website

Real estate professionals create or function within networks daily – client contacts, lending institutions, law offices,
business development colleagues, etc. – in the process of representing client interests and seeking to maximize property
values realized by their clients.

Operating in parallel are networks of stewardship practitioners who seek to help landowners maximize their land’s ecological values and outcomes, particularly in light of increased understanding about
the value in healthy landscapes and importance for human well-being, climate change adaptation, etc.

This project will act as a resource summarizing information on tools, funding mechanisms, and partners for land stewardship projects that real estate professionals or their clients may not be aware of previously.
