We are the professional association of the REALTORS® of Lloydminster - Canada's Only Border City - as well as the surrounding communities of Wainwright and Vermilion.
REALTORS Association of South-Central Alberta
The Brooks Real Estate Co-Operative Limited (REALTORS® Association of South Central Alberta) has been in existence since 1984. Initially only members from the Brooks area, it has since expanded to include Hanna and Drumheller areas and the surrounding counties. Farming is a big influence in all the board's areas as well as gas and oil. Brooks has the benefit of Dinosaur Provincial Park, a world Heritage Site, and Drumheller is a well-known tourist attraction with the addition of the Royal Tyrell Museum there. The area covered by the board is known as the Canadian Badlands due to the abundance of fossils and the unique landscapes.
Grande Prairie Real Estate Board
The Grande Prairie & Area Association of REALTORS® is a not-for-profit trade association serving a membership of over 300 REALTORS® and related industry members and partners across the region.
Fort McMurray Real Estate Board
The Fort McMurray Real Estate Board was incorporated in 1984. The Fort McMurray REALTORS® are a member service organization made up of approximately 150 real estate members consisting of Brokers, Associate Brokers and Associates. The Board also has Affiliate members providing support and service to the real estate industry. Our trading area includes the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and the Lac La Biche County Area.
