Exploring Alberta's Energy Future and the Built Environment
The Energy Futures Lab's 10-Year Anniversary will bring together Albertans from diverse sectors and communities to reflect on the province's energy transition and explore what the future could mean for homes, communities, land use, and the built environment.
Through facilitated discussions, interactive activities, and conversations with leaders and participants from across Alberta, the event will create space for diverse perspectives on complex energy issues. Real estate, construction, and other industry professionals will join community members to explore how changes in the way Alberta produces and uses energy may influence housing affordability, property values, development, and community resilience.
By bringing together voices that may not typically be part of the same conversation, the event will encourage collaboration, deepen understanding, and support informed dialogue about Alberta's evolving energy landscape and its connection to real estate and communities.
